Sekou Keita is a respected public policy advisor, financial expert, and entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning government, private sector leadership, and international diplomacy. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Senate Public Accounts and Audit Committee, working to strengthen fiscal oversight, audit enforcement, and transparency across Liberia’s public institutions. Sekou is the Founder and Chairman of Ducor Energy Technology Solutions, a firm at the forefront of driving digital transformation and sustainable infrastructure projects in Liberia. He plays a pivotal role in organizing the Liberia Technology Summit 2025, a national platform bringing together government, industry, and development partners to align on Liberia’s digital and economic future under President Boakai’s ARREST Agenda.

Kaman Weah is a seasoned ICT and digital solutions expert with over 20 years of progressive experience across the United Nations and the private sector. He currently serves as Head of ICT and Digital Advisor at UNDP Liberia, where he leads a team of ICT experts and drives ICT transformation strategies at the country and regional levels. With deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital innovation, and project management, Kaman has successfully led ICT initiatives in complex settings including Sudan, Rwanda, South Sudan, Yemen, Ghana, The Gambia, and Sierra Leone. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and is certified in Cisco networking, VSAT, and a range of UN and private sector ICT systems. Passionate about capacity building, he has delivered impactful training to government ministries, UN staff, and community partners, fostering local ownership and resilience in ICT operations.
